What to Bring for Your Party
We have two halls available for rental, one large and one small.
SEATING: The large hall seats 160 people at 20 round tables (each 60" wide). The small hall can accommodate up to 50 people at five rectangular 8-foot long tables. Total seating is 210. Total permitted by fire marshall is 211, which must include caterers, bartenders, DJ or anyone else working your event.
WHO CAN RENT: We rent the hall for family gatherings, weddings, military retirements and reunions, and community events. We do not rent the hall for cabarets, teen parties, "sweet 16" or "21st" birthday parties nor private parties where tickets are sold at the door. We will rent to nonprofit organizations wanting to hold fund raisers. Nonprofit tax ID number is required.
RATES/FEES: Contact Hall Rental Coordinator. Post 40 members receive a discounted rate.

b. Rental includes: Full refrigerator, all the ice you need, use of microwave
c. Additional fees for bartender, beverages (alcoholic & nonalcoholic) and custodial fee
d. Liquor License: Anne Arundel County requires a one-day liquor license for all private parties that serve "beer, wine or alcohol". The application is provided by the Hall Rental Coordinator at time of contract signing. The renter must go to the Board of Licensing in Annapolis, pay the fee and obtain the license no later than seven full days before the event date. Alcoholic beverages may not be brought on the premises.
RESERVATIONS: Date(s) will be reserved only when a contract is signed and a minimum deposit of $100 has been made. Special orders of champagne or beer must be paid for when signing the contract. Balance of payment is due 7 full days before your event date.
